Paul Morris, co-founder of the Armory Show, has selected two hot and homey pieces by Los Angeles-based artist Maria E. Piñeres, whose work is currently on view at DCKT Contemporary, New York.

Proceeds from the sale of this work benefit Paul's selected charity : Friends in Deed, which provides emotional support for anyone with a diagnosis of HIV/AIDS, cancer or other life-threatening physical illnesses... their family, friends, and caregivers... and anyone dealing with grief and bereavement. They also run a major HIV prevention program for teens in NYC public schools.
